ABC soup

4 servings:

  • 500g chicken breast fillet
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1L chicken stock

Step 1

Slice chicken into 1cm slices. Cube carrots and potatoes (1 inch). Cut onion and tomatoes into wedges.


Step 2

Heat up chicken stock with 1L of water in a pot. Add the chicken. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium high and cook for about 10 minutes.


Step 3

Add the onion and tomatoes into pot. Cook for another 10 minutes.


Step 4

Add the carrots and potatoes. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for another 20-30 minutes until soft. Season the soup with salt and black pepper.
